I was struggling to find a suit that fit me well and was in a color that I wanted for my wedding, and then I found Sarrtori. I am beyond pleased with the results. I ordered a custom 3-piece suit along with one of his specially sized white shirts and I have never owned any outfit in my life that fit me so perfectly or felt so nice. He named my size perfectly just by looking at me within the first 5 minutes of walking into the store (and I have a long history of being sized incorrectly by salespeople). The quality is amazing and the service was excellent. Also it was incredibly comfortable. If I could reasonably wear clothing this nice every day I absolute would. I would definitely shop here again and recommend it to anyone looking for high quality apparel with excellent craftsmanship. Some notes: -The time frame for delivery for my custom suit was very reasonable, but still took a few months. Fredy has many available options that are not fully customized, but pre-designed to fit many different body types beyond the standard shelf sizing and will be able to accommodate you on a short time frame in many circumstances. But don't expect a specially designed suit available in only a few weeks. -Considering the quality, the price was very reasonable, but this is not a discount store. You will pay less for the same quality or better than you might get at another high-end shop, but do not expect cheap. -Fredy basically runs most things himself. He is amazing, gives excellent advice, and works extremely hard to make your experience special, but he is only one person. Best to call ahead of time and plan a time to see him if possible. I have had an amazing experience with Sarrtori so far. First of all, the store owner, Fredy, is engaging and personable, making you feel like a friend and VIP. Fortunately, he is quite passionate about fashion and is great at his craft. I got a suit for my engagement shoot, and he worked with me to get the right look and finish it in time. I sometimes have a hard time getting clothes that fit well, but his suit has a nice silhouette without being constrictive or having the lapel pop out. The store also has a nice selection of lesser known labels worth browsing through.

Fredy puts the "service" in "customer service". I had a wedding a month out and called Fredy for help. He basically knew all my measurements from my voice, which was mind blowing. He measured me when I came in to make sure, but it was almost unnecessary. We spent about two hours trying on different fits and styles and eventually landed on a beautiful super 150s suit along with two amazing dress shirts. During that time, Fredy was a delight and a real conversationalist. He even brewed a fresh cup of coffee for me. A few weeks later, the suit came back on time, but my dress shirts came after I had left town. However, this is where Fredy's dedication really shone through. He worked with me and overnighted the shirts to me at no additional cost. That level of service is hard to find nowadays. Moreover, the suit and shirts fit perfectly, with little touches that made it feel "me". On top of that, Fredy's local and Sarrtori's is not a chain, so the fact it's as refined as it is, is a testament to Fredy's love for what he does. Without a doubt, if you need any fine men's clothing, come to Fredy. He'll take care of you.

Flawless and friendly service! I highly recommend Sarrtori to anyone who needs a suit, tux, or any nice clothes! I rented a tux to officiate a wedding; the whole process was smooth and stress free, and the sizing was perfect. I'll definitely be back for some nice shirts and pants too.

Fredy is a phenomenal person with a keen eye and schedules appointments to provide personalized assistance. The store has a wide selection of high quality men’s clothing from very formal to casual. I found this place several years ago, and most recently purchased a white linen suit which was a hit at a white welcome party the night before a wedding. Highly recommend!

Above and beyond service from Freddy! I needed a white shirt, I had called ahead and by the time I came in he already had two picked out for me ready to try on. He even pressed it for me after so I was ready to look my best for valentine's day. Freddy is the best, thank you for the warm customer service!

Great selection and service I was in a pinch and needed a new suit for an event in less than 2 weeks. Fredy was still somehow able to accommodate me and I got a perfectly-fitting suit within this tight time frame. Fredy is also very friendly and makes the experience pleasant. Like others have said, he can accurately guess measurements at a glance, which is pretty cool.

There is so much to love about Freddy and Sarrtori Fine Apparel. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and probably an offer to enjoy a fine espresso! He carries everything from the softest pant to the finest leather coats and shoes. This is high end apparel, definitely not department store level...so enjoy and indulge. They do have in house tailors and can often turn around your alterations within a day. Sarrtori Fine Apparel should be your place to shop for your next bits of clothing!

We were looking for a menswear store with high-end professional and casual men’s clothing. We could not have asked for more when we walked in the door of Sarrtori. Immediately you could appreciate that Fredy has set an extremely high standard for men’s clothing. We were looking for a wide variety of items…. business, casual, classic and several that might be considered fashion forward. Fredy had it all. His taste is impeccable and he has filled his store lovingly with a wide variety of clothing to meet any man’s needs/wants. Every item we looked at and/or purchased reflected exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Fredy genuinely cares about building a relationship and helping to find the perfect items for the customer’s style. I had no idea this gem of an establishment was so close. I would give Fredy and Sarrtori my highest recommendation.

I was in Redwood City for the day and needed to buy a tie, and my experience at Sartori Fine Apparel completely exceeded expectations. Fredy not only helped me select a beautiful Italian tie—with an incredibly soft fabric and a unique, elegant pattern—but also welcomed me with a delicious espresso. I had just arrived from a long journey, and Fredy went above and beyond by pressing my shirt and making sure I looked my absolute best. He was an incredible host who made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for from the moment I walked in. The combination of outstanding service, exceptional taste, and high-quality menswear is rare, and Fredy embodies all of it.
